Working as an HR and Talent Development Director for many years, my focus was always to support the organisation’s employees to succeed in their role and achieve their goals.
My work involved designing performance management processes, learning programmes, job aids, and workshops. As well as leading coaching sessions and company events.
After many years doing this, I had developed an understanding of what motivates people to be more productive, how we learn better and how to manage tasks and days to accomplish more.
